Solo VI
Besides longer evening programmes, Krisztina de Châtel also makes pure dance pieces in which she concentrates on the specific qualities of her dancers. De Châtel made Solo VI for Wen Cheng Lee, seeking inspiration in his Taiwanese origins. Video plays an important role in the choreography; the images were created by the visual artist Quirine Racké in close collaboration with de Châtel.
