Musica Sacra

Musica Sacra is an annual festival in Maastricht devoted to sacred music. In 1998 the theme of the festival was ‘Apocalypse’ and Krisztina de Châtel was invited to make a short choreography on a piece by Pierre Henry. Both the sacred music and the setting – the Keizerszaal of the St. Servaas Basilica – contributed to the atmosphere of the choreography.
