Lara and Friends
Lara and Friends continues where the successful choreography Lara left off. In contrast to Lara where the dancers are still controlled by a whiz kid, in Lara and Friends the dancers determine the development of the movements patterns.
Together with Raymond le Gué, one of the founders of virtual television, Dansgroep Krisztina de Châtel built its own virtual environment. The dancers wore transmitters with which they activated sensors, triggering an interaction between image, light and sound. The dancers thus created a constantly changing set composition which is projected onto a large screen.
